What is the last date of RFE documents submission If I have received RFE on 18-Jul-14. Any extension is possible? How long USCIS will take after submission of documents?

You have 180 days unless specified that the timeline is 90 days.

Thanks Sandeep for you answer. Please clear few more doubts. My RFE was updated on 18-Jul-14(USCIS) and my employer is asking documents before 13-Oct-14 for submission to attorney. it means 87 days. So what will happen if I will not be able arrange documents before 13th-Oct-14?

Today(04-Mar-15) I have received Received “Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration”.

Please suggest how long it will take to approve my petition?

If:

  1. On 18-Jul-14 Received RFE
  2. On 10-Oct-14 RFE Responded & Received
  3. On 2-Dec-14 Premium Processing
  4. On 4-Dec-14 Denial notice due to expired MSA and SOW
  5. On 30-Dec-14 Filed MTR with valid MSA(Valid till 31-Dec-15) and SOW(valid till 30-June-15)
  6. On 04-Mar-15 received status “Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration”.

Please suggest how long they will take?
