I would like to apply for a visa to get my mother and brother. I am a single parent, my spouse passed away recently and I need some family support. I am not sure what type of visa I should apply for. My mother and brother have never been to USA before. I am not sure if there is any visa which would let my mom stay here and support me in taking care of my kids.
I am not aware of what type of visa should I apply and I am thinking in terms of long run. Can I apply for visitor’s visa and then if they like it here, is there some family visa that I should apply for? Please provide suggestions and let me know the procedure for applying the visa.
