I have been asked to acquire my own HIB visa but the visa application form sent to me bears the date of 2/29/2012.What should I do?The amount involve is also 1,580 UDS for the processing and the reciever is in UK.
The fiscal year didn’t start until April 1. Not sure why it was sent on Feb 29.
In addiiton, the H-1 needs to be filed by the employer and not an individual.
