1 My H1-B Visa will be expired on 15th Sept2012.I need to know after my Visa will get expired,What is the process to extend my H1B Visa?

You cannot extend your H1B. H1B’s are processed by employers/Consultants only. You need to find out a new employer for proceeding your extention.
