What is the process for H1B renewal?

Hi Saurabh,

My H1B was stamped last year and it is expiring on August 2014. Can you please brief me the process for H1B renewal? Is the rejection reates are higher for H1B renewal? Should i come to india for attending the interview and stamping for renewal?

if its same company, it wont be much problem… Need to submit all docs related to real job, extension reasons and all relevant docs… U dont need to come to india for stamping…

However U must get it stamped when U go out of US
