My H1B Visa is expiring on 30 sept 2013. I have not yet travelled to US. What is the minimum validity of visa required, to travel to US? Latest by when do I need to travel to US if I intend to travel before my visa expiry?
You can travel w/ even 1-2 weeks of visa validity left. Your employer should be aware of your travel plans and be ready to file extension after you land here.
Could you please post if you traveled to the US, what was the time remaining time in the visa? (for future reference, share the knowledge)
