What is the maximum time for an administrative processing to complete the process ?
If the cause is denied do we receive any feedback from embassy that the cause is denied ?

Well, there is no maximum time specified by consulate regarding administrative processing. Usually, you would receive feedback from embassy, if your case is denied. If you have not really heard back in a long time, you can write to the embassy and request status of your case as well.
