Hi All, I have applied for H1B and it got picked on April 11, 2016 and now we got a request for additional evidence for my case on September 1, 2016, and after answering to my RFE how much maximum time frame will take to approve my case.
It takes around few weeks to 90 days depends on your case. It might even goes beyond 90 days. However, you can switch it to premium if you want to expedite the process. Good luck.
