I completed 3 years on L1B blanket in US. My company is tryint to apply L1B individual for me again.
Can anybody let me know what is the differnece between L1B blanket and L1B individual?
When they cover multiple individuals under one petition it is blanket. So they can file L-1 for 25 positions under blanket and not name those 25 people. Later, they can keep adding people to that petition as per the requirements. Blankets have higher denial rates than individual petitions these days.
