What is major difference applying H1B from UK and INDIA?

  1. I commonly heard from many people that It has more chances for H1B approval applying from UK than applying from India!! Is this true? If so what is the reason?

     2. I am in Tier-2 general valid Until 2016. I am living in UK for 5years now. What are the conditions for me to apply?



 3. What is the reliability of the consultancy who is willing to sponsor H1B? How to find I am in safe hands?

Did u get any answer or or self answer if I can get stamping done in UK? I’m Indian citizen and working in UK for last 6 weeks on tier 2 visa.I have got h1b petition and would like to get it stamped .
