what if h1b filed before april 1st?

Hi All,
I have an urgent question. my lawyer sent my application on March 29. and it was delivered by march 30. it is going to be considered ?? i am worried that is it not going to be consedired.

I don’t have an exact answer to your question…

but my attorney also mailed the package on March 29 but it was specifically marked for today’s delivery… hence the shipment was at Fedex location on sat and sunday and got delivered today (monday)…

my lawyer did the same thing but USPS delivered it on Saturday!!!

As per my information. Packet should reach office on April 1st - Confirm from may be USCIS’ website.

My lawyer just told me the application will be consider as delivered on Monday as it was delivered on weekend. is that correct ??
