What are the possible MS fields in US after completing B.tech in ECE ?

I am going to complete my B.tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering this year and i am interested in doing MS.

I really want some suggestions on which are the best fields to do MS after a B-tech degree in Electronics and Communication engineering because i have no idea about the possible specialised fields of MS in electectronics or communication.

help me out , i am a little spooked out wether i should go for MS in vlsi or whatever xxxx fields that are present.

With a B.Tech degree from India (assuming that is where you are from), you are pretty much already a specialist. I strongly suggest an MBA degree to complete your education and then seek employment in an engineering firm as a manager. There are so many hospital networks seeking someone with your skills.

Best wishes
