What are the chances of F2 Visa while H1-b is still valid

I got my H1-b Visa stamped on Nov 2012 and it is valid til dec 2014.

I got married on dec 2012 and my husband is on F1 Visa and he is applyying for H1-b this april.

What are the chances of F2 Visa f or me while H1-b is still valid.

It may be difficult to get F-2 especially as your husband is close to his graduation and about to move to H-1 or OPT. It will be much easier to get H-4 visa stamped than to get F-2.
