What are the benefits we can expect from H1 employer?

Hi,

I got an offer from company which sponsors h1 for this year. They are going to provide following benefits apart from salary.



 



 Subsidized Health insurance from Company

 Complete Immigration Assistance

 Company will pay admin cost for direct deposit, 401K, FSA etc account from paycheck

 Long/short Term Disability Insurance Assistance

 Life Insurance Assistance

 Education Assistance

 Referral Incentive

 Company’s payroll taxes and workers compensation policy

 

Are the above benefits okay or else do we need to ask any other benefits?

This covers most of the benefits. You should also check about holidays, PTOs, annual bonus etc. With 401k, will the company do any match or just take money from your salary?
