We filed H1B on 06/11 on PP. Is anybody still waiting for Receipt Number?

We filed H1B on 06/11 on Premium Processing. My employer says that he has neither received the receipt # nor the application back.

I am really worried. Is anybody still waiting for Receipt Number?

If your petition reached USCIS on 11th June, you are in the cap and should have received the receipt number by now (since its PP). USCIS usually takes couple of days to send out the receipt number for PP cases.

If your petition was sent out to USCIS on 11th June and received on or after 12th June, you have missed the cap. In this case, USCIS might take some time to send the petition packages back to the petitioner which I am not sure of.

Yes, same situation. PP and no receipt or application back.

Yes, I am in same situation. My employer told that my h1 application reached USCIS center on June11th. (Premium Processing), but still didn’t get receipt number or application back.
