Want to do H1and H4 stamping in Delhi

Hi

My name is kasish. My husband is on H1B visa and I am his depedent . My son is US citizen. We never go to India since last 4 to 5 years, Now my husband's visa is going to expire in November 2013 His employer is also going to fine for extension within 6 months. We never go for stamping also. After our visa extension we have to do stamping. So we want to go all togather. We are basically from Ahmedabad, Can we took a date from here for Delhi?

And can you help me what kind of questions they ask? My husband is Software developer and working as a contractor. What kind of document we have to collect? As my brother's marriage is also going to fix in December, so we are planning for that also. 

Please somebody help me for that.
