I have completed my MS from US in year 2008 and from March 2009 I am in India and now that i want to apply for H1B in MS Cap and my problem is that i do not have my original I20 which has a Immigration stamp on it and also my original EAD card is missing. But, i have asked my University to provide me with a duplicate I20 which they have provided and i have a photo copy of my EAD card and apart from these two i have all my originals with me.
So, will the duplicate i20 with out immigration stamping and the photocopy of the EAD will serve the purpose of filling H1B in MS Cap
