I have H1 B from Company A and i am visiting india and trying to get a Visa stamped on company A’s petition.
My plan is that i will ask company B to transfer my H1 while i am in india , Do you see any issue ?It can impact my visa stamping on Company A’s Petition ?Thanks for helping me , in advance .
