I got my H1B with my current employer in Oct 2016 for my initial client. Then I change my client and filed amendment and again changed my client but still with the same employer and filed amendment again. My initial H1B petition is valid until Nov/2017.
I have received RFE for my second client and pending amendment is for current client (third). Can I travel to my country with this situation and with the required documents for short visit and attend visa interview.
Can you please provide your feedback on this? If you think I can travel and attend the visa interview what documents should I carry?
