My Visa got Stamped on Sept 28 2021 but i dont want to travel now due to presonal reason .can i delay from travel for an year and can travel after that .is that ok.My visa validaity expries on Sep 2024

You have not mentioned what class of visa you have. Anyways, assuming you are talking about H1B, after the visa is stamped you can travel to the US anytime during the visa validity to work for the H1B sponsoring employer provided the bonafide job offer still exists for you at the time of travelling.
