I got a mail from My Employer in June 2015 that My Application was picked in Lottery and after that i am just getting one answer like" Your Petition is Under Review". I do not have any receipt number. I am informed by an E-mail only from my Employer.
Please suggest…

Without receipt number its difficult/ hard to findout the status. Hope your employer is not cheating…
Ask them to share the reciept number in case if its really picked.
If they are cheating me then they can give any receipt number as USCIS website is just displaying status no any name…Really feeling like…
u will have a receipt form with your name being displayed with 13-digit number. Ask him to send that one…if he’s not willing, they surely its a fake
