I have an approved h1b-visa which is valid till 30th Sept,2014 and currently I am on h4-visa.Right now I am looking for a job but my query is that in case I don’t get a job till my h1b-visa expires so in that case can my consultant apply for my h1b-visa extension and if yes then what is the procedure.
