VAC at HYD, Consulate Appt at CHN - Confused

Hi!
My Original passport pickup location was Chennai and I was looking for dropbox locations basically everywhere in India. my appointment details is interesting.

What does multiple locations and dates mean? do I drop off the passport at HYD, then a visa interview in Chennai?
