Using others LCA for my transfer

hello every one please help in this

I got an offer from company b as the requirement is urgent they planning to use some other guy lca for my H1b transfer.

Actually he left the company b is it possible will there be any problem in my transfer.

Have they already used that LCA in the past? What are the LCA validity dates? Will you be working at the same location and w/ same role as mentioned in the LCA?
