Use of same DS 160 application number to apply for same class visa interview in multiple locations

Hello…

I completed the DS 160 form and i had selected Dubai (UAE) as the location for interview and scheduled an appointment as well.

However i am getting an earlier date in India rather, thus prior to scheduling the appointment in India can i use the same DS 160 application number?
