My Employer sent my case to USCIS for petetion filing on April 1, 2013.
does USCIS approve verify and then accept the petetion.
I want to make sure that after USCIS receive the petetion they sinply accept in 65k category or can put on hold.
Lottery is over on Apr 7. Your lawyer will know the case number soon if your petition was picked by lottery
