My spouse filed i539 four months back and currently its in progress. Due to family emergency she had to travel to India. Her L2 Visa stamping is until Nov 2021. My L1 Visa recently approved until May 2023. She is planning to come back to US in June 2021 along with US born baby. Can she travel to US and file the new extension(I539)?
