My employer in India filed H1B and it is picked in the lottery. During the filing they didn’t mention as in-house project based on NY. Now I got RFE on position id sufficiently complex and required a min of a bachelor’s degree??
Now the problem is I moved to another project within the same employer. Can I submit a amendment on change in client and location along with the response of RFE
