Hi Team,
I had a valid I-797 during last year and couldn’t go for stamping due to Covid-19 and my petition also expired during the same time. So my case is like Unused and expired I-797. No Stamping done and never travelled to USA before.
Please do let me know whether i am eligible for Cap-exempt or i need to file a new Petition all to gether.
