I am in unique situation Here is the summary of situation:

I am in US on L1B visa, which is maxing out on Sept 10, 2014

I havn’t received H1B receipt no until now, hence in all probability I am not selected in H1B lottery.

My GC process is in progress and pre-PERM is being done (case is with Attorney) and getting ready to file PERM Labor to get Priority date.
Now my questions are:

What are my options to get new visa to get back in US ?

If I continue my GC process and get Priority date, will it impact my next application for non-immigrant visa i.e. H1 or L1, where I have to answer the question “Has Immigrant visa every filed for you” ?
