I have a situation here - I am on company A H1B and got two job offers from company B, C and both of them applied for my H1B transfer with a two week difference i.e. after two weeks of the company B applied for transfer, the company C applied for my transfer. Now, the petiiton of the company B is approved where as the company C H1B petition is still in processing. My pay is still running with company A and I want to join company C. So in this case -
(i) Will there be any problem with company C’s H1B transfer petiion?. I just want to tell tell company B that I will not be joining them. Are there any problems here ?
