I filled the location change amendment and received receipt on 20th Jan,2016. As my I-94 was expiring on 10-Oct,2016 extension was filed on received receipt for same on 7th Sep,2016.
i want to go to India in January,2017. But 1st amendment is still pending. I want to file premium. Can I file it for 2nd process(extension) only. Or I need to get clear 1st amendment and then 2nd in sequence ? Or both can get clear in one go ?
