I am travelling to India. I got my H1B approved with company A and have a visa stamping appointment booked on that I-797 linked to company A. I recently applied for a new job and got it, the company is applying for my H1 transfer, but while the application will be in process I will be in India giving my interview for the stamping based of the approval with company A. Would that affect my H1 stamping in anyway? Can the immigration see that I have a petition in process with some other compnay and if so, is that a problem?
