I have a situation. I got my H1b Approved this october and I went back home and got H1b Stamped for my current employer (Company A). I am back in the USA and been working for Company A.
I got a job offer and my h1b is transferred to Company B under PP. Should get a decision by Feb 6th. I am very hopeful that everything will go well.
My last day at Company A is the end of this month and my beginning date for company B will be mid of February. My current boss will not inform USCIS to revoke my H1b Petition unless I ask him to do so (simply because he is a great boss).I have one more pay check due on him that will be issued on the 2nd week of feb.
So, If I decide to leave the country after H1 b is fully transferred to Company B, will there be an issue reentering the States?
I will not have any pay stub from Company B because I am starting the job after I come back. I have an important event to attend and am planning to go during the transition period. Any Issues pertaining to that?
I have H1b Stamped from Company A already. Your help is appreciated. Thanks
