Hello,
I recently got married. I am working on H1B. I have applied for H4 for my spouse. But due to covid, looks the earliest PA dates are not anywhere near in the Chennai Consulate.
However, my spouse has a B1/B2 visa.
I would like to know whether he can travel to the US on B2 visa and stay with me while H4 is in process in India, and travel to India to attend PA when he gets slots and later travel on H4.
