I am in USA on H4 Visa but I gonna file my H1b actually it’s in process and I need to go India in between the process .so I wanted to know that- 1-can I travel during the H1b process .If yes than when 2-If I am traveling to India than what thing I need to do. like stamping or what… 3-will I face any problem to coming back to USA.
