I need your advice for my query below:
I’m currently on H4. My H1 b got denied in last year’s quota. Applying again for this year’s quota. However, I need to travel to India to get my passport renewed and h4 extension stamped as my passport is due for expiry in June 2014 and our h1 visa extension approval arrived in Jan.
Please let me know if I will be able to travel and return before H1b filing in April.
