My husband filed H1, H4 and H4 EAD under premium process,
got the H1 extension(approved) also got the appointment date for Biometrics,
My question is I need to travel to India(H4) to check on my parents health,
Can I travel once done with biometrics( have a valid stamped Visa until oct 2019)?

You can travel and come back, but you would need to re-apply for H4 extension and EAD, if you travel as your I-94 would be closed on exit and you would get a new i-94 on re-entry. Check Travel out of US with H4 Pending.
