Hi, I’m Pooja. I need some advise.
I have a valid stamping & petiton from employer A which is valid up to Sep 2018. I have never travelled to US but my h1b visa and h4 for my kids were approved on mid July. Unfortunately, the project got shelved and employer A has no opportunity for me to travel.
In the meantime, I secured a job with employer B(consultant). I also got a contract job through B from a reputed bank(say B1) & this happened about 5 weeks back. Bank B1 wanted me to join on 16th & I’ve bought some time.
Yesterday my new employer-B(consultant) shared the receipt number under premium processing. They are asking me to travel this weekend without approved transfer petition. Considering I have never travelled before to US, will I have issues at the port of entry.
