I am in India , and I hold B1 visa , I got sponser letter from USA company ,now can I travel to USA?, at same time I am not working any company in india.

B1 Visa is meant for Business purposes only (meetings, conferences, summits, etc) and shouldn’t be used for Employment purposes. If by “sponser letter from USA company”, you mean employment Offer letter from a US company to work for it in the US, then you cannot travel to USA on a B1 visa.
