Travel to US with NIE approval

Recently I have been issued H1B visa with the below annotation on stamped visa in my passport:

“NIE UNDER ALL P. P. S ON NOVEL CORONAVIRUS”

Is this sufficient to travel to the USA without 14 days quarantine? Can I travel through Qatar Airways?
Can anyone share your experience? Appreciate your response.

Visa issued with annotation do not need any NIE document to board the flight. You dont need to quarantine in any 3rd country before traveling to the US. Fyi, if you are traveling to the US after 1st November, and you are fully vaccinated (WHO approved) you dont need NIE even if your visa dont have any annotation.
