I am working for Company A on L1 B visa. Company-B applied H1B petition with COS in April 2016. I traveled to India in April 2016 and returned back in May 2016. My H1B petition received by USCIS, but no update till today. Still showing received status. Concerned whether my petition will be approved or not, because of my India travel.
Your COS will be impacted by your travel but not your H-1 petition. It is possible that USCIS would issue RFE asking for COS clarification.
