Travel to India for h1b stamping

I have my h1b approved and the approval notice documents from employer A. I am currently working with employer A. i converted from F1 to H1b. I also have an offer from employer B who is willing to apply for the h1b transfer.

So my questions is: Can i travel to India for my h1b stamping with documents from the petition filed by employer A while employer B is applying for transfer? Or should i tell employer B to hold off until i return back to the US with the stamping?

You can go for stamping with Employer A, do not have to wait. H1B transfer is nothing but a new cap exempt petition. No need to tell employer B. You can tell employer B to have start dates to be after you arrive in US. Check H1B Transfer FAQs
