My employer has filed my H1B amendment (change in location only) and currently under initial review status with USCIS. I have H1B visa valid till Sep 2015 in my passport. If I travel to travel to india during my H1B amendment in process, will my application get processed? And what are the issues when i return to USA. Please clarify.
