Travel outside USA after H1B transfer with New employer.

Hi,

I have traveled to USA in Dec 2013 with H1B visa that has validity till June 2016. I have joined a new employer after my H1B visa transfer in Nov 2014. The new I797 has an expiry dated in May 2017.

But a week ago, I have traveled to India because of my father’s sudden demise. After a week, I am planning to travel to USA again. Do I need to attend stamping as I changed my employer?

Or is my old employer’s H1B visa along with new employer’s I797 can be used to enter to USA?
