Hi,
My H1B visa has expired on 15th Sep 2013. I have got RFE on visa extension on 8th Oct, 2013.
I can travel to india during RFE process but do i need to uodate any kind of information to USCIS department for my travel?
In case, I will be in india and my visa extension will be approved then can i change my employer in india and will come back to US from different employer?
