Travel on old company with new H1b stamping

Hello

My case is when I was in US

  1. I got my transfer petition filed from emp B
    2)I got renewal petition filed by employer A

I came back to INDIA as my visa got expired and got both petitions approved

I went for stamping with employer B

My situation is I wan to travel employer A only now with stamping of employer B

Does port of entry creates any issue as have valid i797 from employer A too
