Travel On L1b after resignation and re-joining

Hi Saurabh,

Hope you are doing well.



I have an L1b from company A and returned from US in Dec 12 and resigned and have again rejoined the company upon request and are planing to send me again for a short term project. L1b Visa valid until May 2013 (Blanket Petition). My question:



1. Can I travel on the same visa after quitting and rejoining.



2. Once I quit will the company notify the Consulate or USCIS and how many days they will take to notify.

  2. They usually notify USCIS/consulate immediately. However, it is up to the company when to inform them. You can check w/ your employer if they have notified them or not.
