Hi All,
My current H1-B is expiring on May 10th and I have only completed 4.5 years out of the allotted 6 years.
My extension was filed in March 1st week. Due to personal reasons I need to travel out of the country on April 1st week and plan to return on April 30th. Should I be concerned about not being allowed back into USA even if I return prior to current H1-B expiring?
