Travel After Change-of-Status Approval with Future Start Date

I have a valid L1 A visa stamped till Jan 2015. I also got my H1b approved recently as part of 2015 cap and change of status is effective Oct 1 2014.

Due to some personal emergency I have to travel to my home country. Do you see risk me travelling now and returning before July end ?

Please advise.

Not a problem unless u have all proper documentation needed to go for stamping.

u can specify the emegency if asked at stamping. It must not be any problem
